1. L E T ’S T A L K
We listen. Over a phone call, please tell us what you have in mind, your current situation, and your vision.
Site visit. We’ll come for a free site visit and discuss the feasibility, gather more information to identify your goals and create a wish list.
We provide a bird’s eye view consultation with a preliminary investment based on current information.

2. L E T ’ S P L A N
Let’s get serious. A preliminary contract is signed with Dream House and we roll up our sleeves to start planning your project. As a general contractor, we can work with your architect & designer or provide all these two requirements and take care of every aspect to put your vision on paper.
The team is created. Our experienced staff and proven trade partners work towards your design and architecture. If you already have drawings, it’s OK. We help you get the conceptual drawings approved by the City Council. Our in-house Quantity Surveyor will prepare and present a detailed Bill Of Quantities

3. L E T ’ S B U I L D
Terms are discussed, and a Contract is signed. and a deposit is paid.
Project kick-off. – Dream House has an in-house project manager, site supervisors, and carpenters who execute planned work. Reliable suppliers and proven trades coordination.
We talk more. 90% of a project’s success is through communication

4. L E T ’ S W R A P U P
Completing the project to the last detail. The Dream House crew and partners are highly trained and capable of delivering every project successfully. We can discuss an ongoing care and maintenance plan

5. WARRANTY.
All our work carries a 5-year warranty and a personal promise of complete satisfaction so you can enjoy the comfort of your home without worrying if you’ve made the right decision
